Although my Easter stay there was lackluster, I must say that the staff were quite hospitable, making sure to assist when they could. the location offered beautiful scenic views and a variety of activities to do. the cleanliness of the premises was also noteworthy.
My overall experience was hindered by several factors. the bathroom facilities were terribly uncomfortable to use, with no water pressure and a constantly jamming toilet.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with friendly and helpful staff upon arrival. the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. the presence of a kettle in the room adds convenience, although it could be improved by having a socket at the table. the room cleaner is also very friendly.
The organization of the hotel could be better, as evidenced by the confusion during check-in and check-out.
